Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Mile High Game Day Feast Giveaway is sponsored by Wisdom Real Estate (“Sponsor”), located at 1740 High St, Denver, CO 80218. Questions about the giveaway may be directed to alyssa@wisdomrealestate.com.
2. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted beginning November 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time and ending November 8, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (“Giveaway Period”).
The submission timestamp recorded by the entry system determines whether an entry was received before the deadline.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and can arrange prize pickup or eligible local delivery.
Wisdom Real Estate agents, employees, and members of their households are not eligible to win.
You do not need to be a Wisdom Real Estate client or have a Wisdom agent to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
Complete the giveaway entry form on Wisdom Real Estate’s website during the Giveaway Period.
Provide your first and last name, a valid email address, and your preferred Wisdom agent. A phone number is optional.
Each eligible person receives 1 base entry for completing the form. Additional submissions do not earn additional base entries.
5. Optional Recipe Bonus Entries
Entrants may earn 3 bonus entries for each different, complete tailgate or camping recipe submitted, up to 5 recipes per person during the Giveaway Period.
The maximum is 16 total entries per person: 1 base entry plus 15 recipe bonus entries.
Recipes may be typed into the form or submitted as readable photos or documents. Each recipe must include:
A recipe name.
Ingredients, including quantities where needed.
Preparation or cooking directions.
The same recipe submitted more than once, or submitted as both text and an upload, counts only once. Multiple pages or files for one recipe count as one recipe.
Entrants may return to submit additional recipes before the deadline. Use the same email address on every submission so entries can be matched correctly. The five-recipe limit applies across all submissions.
Incomplete, unreadable, duplicate, or unrelated submissions will not receive recipe bonus entries. A valid base entry remains eligible even if a recipe does not qualify.
Recipes are optional. A recipe’s taste, creativity, or popularity will not affect the drawing; the winner is selected randomly.
6. Recipe Publication Permission
The form asks whether Wisdom Real Estate may use submitted recipes in a free community recipe book and related giveaway content.
Selecting “Yes” grants Wisdom Real Estate nonexclusive permission to reproduce, format, and share the submitted recipe and any approved credit name for those purposes. Entrants retain ownership of any rights they hold in their submissions.
Only submit text or images you created or have permission to share. Do not upload copyrighted cookbook pages, website screenshots, or photographs unless you have permission to reproduce them.
Wisdom Real Estate will not publish entrants’ email addresses or phone numbers in the recipe book. Publication of a recipe is not guaranteed.
Declining publication permission does not affect otherwise valid entries or recipe bonus entries.
7. Prize
One winner will receive one prize bundle with an approximate total retail value of $750, consisting of:
One cooler.
One Jetboil.
One Stanley crock.
One Broncos football.
One Broncos blanket.
An assortment of Colorado-made snacks.
The bundle is awarded as one prize. No cash alternative or exchange is offered. If an advertised item becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
Any applicable taxes are the winner’s responsibility.
8. Pickup and Delivery
The prize will not be shipped.
Entrants may live outside Colorado, but the winner must arrange pickup at Wisdom Real Estate or coordinate delivery within your favorite agent’s boundaries of the Denver area.
Pickup or delivery must be arranged within 30 days after the winner accepts the prize. Any travel or transportation costs incurred by the winner are the winner’s responsibility.
9. Drawing and Odds
Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on November 11, 2026, from all valid entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Every valid entry has an equal chance of being selected. An entrant with qualifying bonus entries will appear in the drawing according to their validated entry total.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received. One prize will be awarded.
10. Winner Notification
Sponsor will contact the potential winner using the email address provided on the entry form and may also use the optional phone number.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification and confirm eligibility and pickup or delivery arrangements.
If the potential winner does not respond within that period, is ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot meet the fulfillment requirements, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.
The public announcement is planned for November 11 or 12, 2026, after the winner has been contacted and confirmed. Timing may change if an alternate winner must be selected.
No payment is required to claim the prize.
11. Contact Information and Email Preferences
Information submitted through the form will be used to administer the giveaway, validate entries, contact the winner, coordinate fulfillment, and share the completed recipe book.
Entrants may separately choose to receive future Wisdom Real Estate marketing emails. This choice is optional and does not affect entry eligibility or chances of winning. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Personal information is handled according to Wisdom Real Estate’s Privacy Policy, linked on the entry page.
Sponsor will obtain separate permission before using a winner’s photograph or testimonial for promotional purposes.
12. Fair Administration
Automated entries, false identities, attempts to exceed the entry limit, and interference with the entry process are prohibited.
Sponsor may disqualify entries that violate these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for submissions that are not successfully received because of technical failures.
If a technical problem or other event prevents fair administration, Sponsor may suspend or modify the giveaway as reasonably necessary and will post an update on the giveaway page. Changes will not be used to unfairly disadvantage valid entries already received.
13. Platform and Brand Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, the Denver Broncos, the NFL, or the manufacturers and brands of the featured products.
By entering, participants release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from liability arising from this giveaway to the extent permitted by law.
Entrants provide their information to Wisdom Real Estate, not to Facebook or Instagram.
14. Acceptance of Rules
