Kurt is the best agent a person looking for a home to have I met him over a year ago. I was looking for a home for my mother, grandson & myself. Kurt hung in there with us even though I had some obstacle to overcome before I could buy a house he looked for programs and any kind of assistance he thought would help us. We looked at so many houses and we got out bided so many I would get discouraged he would say don't give your house is out there and we are going to find it. During this time my mother passed on March 2, 2019 Kurt gave me the time I needed to grieve and when I called him back and told him I was ready he got right back in there with me and my grandson. He would show house anytime of the day or evening and if he was not available he would make sure someone else was there to assist me and he would call to check and make sure the showing went ok. We finally found my house and I close on Oct. 10. 2019 I miss my mom but I know she is so happy for me Kurt reminded me on closing day by saying your mom is here with you and she is so happy for you as we toasted made a welcome home toast. From start to absolute finish, Kurt Ryba has made the first time buying process so easy going and honestly enjoyable. When going into a new situation it’s tough to navigate through but Kurt did an excellent job with catching us up on the lingo of real estate, making sure we understood each bit of everything. He took on my “best of both worlds” requests and stuck by our side when it came to seeing about 15 houses before finding the one. Kurt gave us the opportunity to see homes of all sorts and let us truly decide what we wanted as well as giving spot on advice that in turn through everything landed us at the feet of our first home. Kurt is a phenomenal realtor and by far gave me the best experience I’ve had in the home buying process. He knew what to look for after discussing details on what I wanted in a home. He did weekly check ins, made sure I was well taken care of throughout the process, and was very prompt, immediate and responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. He was also super knowledgeable of the geographical area of Columbus and really helped me get to know the city more.
